10 Things To Do If You See A UFO
John Royer searches for UFOs over Emmaus and across the Lehigh Valley.
In an interview with The Morning Call, Patch reader and Emmaus resident John T. Royer explains how twice he saw a big, black triangular object in the sky, at night, that blocked out the stars.
One of those objects, Royer says, appeared over Emmaus High School in 2003.
Those experiences got him interested in UFOs, and his research led him to become a volunteer field investigator for the Mutual UFO Network, called MUFON.
Royer, 65, retired as a drafting instructor from Lincoln Technical Institute, and is a graduate of Lafayette College. Now he investigates dozens of sightings throughout the Lehigh Valley, most of which, he says, are mistakes.
Royer makes no judgment about what he or others think the saw, but in the interview he says, 'I believe there is something flying around out there that we don’t know about.'
Read the complete story in The Morning Call.
What about you? Have you ever seen a UFO? When, what did you see? Let us know.
In the mean time, according to MUFON, if you have a close encounter in the future, here are 10 things you should do:
1. REMAIN CALM, but protect yourself from any hazards real or perceived.
2. Be objective. Not every UFO is extraterrestrial.
3. Use a camcorder or camera to record the event.
4. If you have a tape recorder, record your description of the event as it happens.
5. If other witnesses are present ask them to also write or record their observations.
6. If the UFO left some trace of its presence behind do not disturb the area around it.
7. If the sighting is from a distance, at an arms length, what would it take to cover up the object? A Quarter? A Penny?
8. Try to judge the distance from you to the object, the objects altitude, and its speed.
9. Should you encounter some type extraterrestrial being associated with the craft be prepared to take evasive action to protect yourself.
10. Immediately report the event to a UFO research organization.

This UFO business really got me very mad, to the point that I contacted my attorney to see if there is a point to file a discrimination class action suit against the extraterrestrials.
How come they show up all over Russia, Norway, the US, Australia, Tasmania, and etc. but in Boynton Beach NADA, SIPO. In Boynton we have nice beaches full of female earthlings in very small bikinis, excellent restaurants, moderate price shopping centers, etc. We are getting discriminated and we are out the loop.
I have not seen one and I go out at night to see at least a small one. We are not asking for a full display just something that we can photograph and show to our friends. Please !!!

In sometime of March 2009 I was incarcerated in Miami FL down town federal corrections I was woken up by my cell mate telling me that the imates next door are seeing UFOs. I said ya right and went back to sleep. Untill I heard them screaming saying look out the window over the bank of america building. At first I was looking for something like an airplane. I told them I don't see nothing. They responded saying look deep into the sky where the stars are. As I looked I seen a small star like object it was moving fast then slow then stood still then moved around like nothing I every seen before disappeared then reappeared like if as it was playing in and out our air space.until this day I belive in UFOs. If no one believe me I am willing to take a polygraph test just to prove it.

Shortened version of a recent report.
I was driving down the PA Turnpike, south. It was approx 6:30 am on July 3rd, 2010. I was 5 miles from the Allentown exit when I took note of the morning clouds and the vibrant colors they were displaying. The clouds were low lying and as I was enjoying the colors, I noted a flash of light from within the cloud. The flash was pure white, illuminating the cloud from within. It consisted of two lights, parallel to each other, length approx 100 yards. The pattern followed a diamond pattern, moving in a counter clockwise motion. The size would be approx 800 yards or larger. I thought perhaps something was reflecting on my window, so I rolled down my window. The lights were still there. I then thought perhaps something was reflecting off the clouds while I was driving. I pulled over to observe the lights while stationary. I noted no light source from the ground. The lights were still there although I had traveled a mile or so down the road. As I was watching, two small, pure white circular lights took off from the main source of light headed south. They rate of speed was astounding. They traveled approx 2-3 miles in seconds. One turned left towards NJ, the other south, towards Philadelphia. They moved so fast they were out of sight in seconds. It was then I got an uneasy feeling about what I was seeing. I always thought if given the chance I would want to see unknown things up close, but not that day.
Did you see it?
