Are You Excited For New Star Wars Movies?
Disney owns George Lucas' films now, and plans a new Star Wars movie for 2015. What do you think?
Most of this week's news focused on Hurricane Sandy and its aftermath.
Somewhere in there was a pretty big entertainment story: Disney had bought Star Wars creator George Lucas' company Lucasfilm for $4 billion, and plans to make at least three new Star Wars movies.
I still love the original Star Wars movies. The Empire Strikes Back is the first movie I remember seeing in theaters. I thought the prequels were a dull, noisy mess.

I am definitely excited! I was 7 when the first movie came out. My Grandpa took me to see it at the Boyd Theater in Bethlehem. It was all I talked about that summer and has continued to entertain me ever since (even the dull, noisy prequels - I actually really liked The Revenge of the Sith, bad acting and all). Disney will do a great job with these movies and I can't wait!
