Bill Sugra Memorial Golf Outing Marks Its 10th Year

The golf outing is held every year to honor the late Bill Sugra of Salisbury Township, who died Sept. 11 at the World Trade Center.

The Sugra family of Salisbury Township held its annual Bill Sugra Memorial Golf Outing on Friday, August 26th at Green Pond Country Club in Bethlehem Township. The family has been holding the annual fundraiser in honor of their son and brother, Bill Sugra, who died in the terrorist attacks in New York on September 11, 2001.

This year, the family expects to distribute around $88,000 to local charitable organizations, bringing their 10-year total to more than $300,000 given in honor of their son.
