Eat Green for St. Paddy's Day
Greening up your diet is a great way to get healthy this Paddy's Day, according to Lehigh Valley Health Network in Salisbury Township.
Lehigh Valley Health Network, based in Salisbury Township, says:
This St. Patrick’s Day, consider getting a little green in your diet.
No, we don’t mean drinking artificially green beer. We mean green leafy vegetables.
Mother Nature gives you plenty of delicious green options with which to fill your plate. Because natural green foods are among the healthiest things you can eat, why not eat green every day?
