KidsPeace Sells Arts Academy Charter School Building for $795,000
The Arts Academy Charter School plans to open in August in the former KidsPeace building on Emmaus Avenue.
The new Arts Academy Charter School for middle school students will be located in the former KidsPeace school, 1610 E. Emmaus Ave., in Salisbury Township.

KidsPeace Corp. has sold the building where the Arts Academy Charter School will open for $795,000, according to a report in LVB.com.
West Bethlehem Ventures LLC purchased the property at 1610 E. Emmaus Ave., the former Washington School, in Salisbury Township, the report said.
The new Arts Academy Charter School, a middle school for grades 5 to 8 with an arts-based curriculum, plans to open in August.
