Salisbury Township Police are investigating an incident involving a woman who was stabbed in the face Sunday night in Laubach Park, according to WFMZ.

The assault happened around 8 p.m. and may have resulted from a fight inside the park, the report said. Police say they also found a woman who had overdosed on drugs near the site of the stabbing, but officials could not confirm if she was involved with the stabbing, WFMZ reports.

William H. Laubach Memorial Park is a small, wooded park with a lake and playground located in a residential neighborhood in Eastern Salisbury.
