Tuesday in Salisbury: Shopping Contest, Casino Career Night

The South Mall is running an online back-to-school shopping contest. The contest features a $2,500 shopping spree and a $100 in weekly prizes. For more information, click here.

Northampton Community College’s Fowler Family SouthSide Center will host an interactive session on casino careers on Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. A new career in the casino industry can be launched with 12 weeks of training or less. After the information session, stick around in the mock casino to see the blackjack, craps and baccarat games, while interacting with instructors and current students to get a feel for what the training and career entails. Hard rocker Danzig’s 25th anniversary tour makes a stop at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center Tuesday at 8 p.m. Standing room general admission cost $25. Luxury seating costs $45 a ticket.

A cheerleading stunt clinic will be held at 8 a.m. at Salisbury High School's Old Gym.
