Dog Found in Salisbury Township

Found: Female PitBull wearing a once white sweater. Microchipped, registered to Frackville, Pa-but phone number is disconnected. If you know this dog, please contact shelter. The shelter is full and that is not good for the dogs there. Anyone that can help, it would be appreciated.
Here is what we know: This female PitBull was found near Honeysuckle Road in Salisbury Township, Pa. She was wearing what was once a white Christmas sweater. She has a microchip. The microchip is registered to a Frackville, Pa. address. The phone number is disconnected. We tried to find another number for that address. No luck. We messaged everyone with the same name as the registry we could find on Facebook. No response. We googled and yahoo-ed everything we can think of. We need help. All the shelters are FULL. Currently the dog is in a cage in the finder's garage. She is safe but can not remain there. Any ideas are appreciated. See More
