3-Legged Dog 'Guss' Needs a Good Home

A three-legged dog named Guss is at the Lehigh County Humane Society awaiting a good home.

The Lehigh County Humane Society is seeking a good home for a dog named Guss, a young American bulldog/pit bull mix.

Guss was found as a stray in Allentown and brought to the animal shelter, where the staff immediately noticed that the dog had a serious leg injury. He was taken to an animal hospital where his leg was amputated and he has "recovered beautifully," according to a post on the LCHS Facebook Page.

Guss is described as good with other dogs and cats and "possibly housebroken." He knows basic commands.

Contact the animal shelter at 610-797-1205 for more information.
