Beware of Fire Danger Wednesday

Strong winds and low humidity will increase the risk of brush fires on Wednesday.

The National Weather Service has issued a fire weather watch that is in effect for Easton and all of the Lehigh Valley from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Strong winds and low relative humidity will increase the risk of brush fires and allow fires to spread quickly.

Winds will be 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

The high temperature is expected to be in the upper 50s.
