Retired Rear Admiral Tim Ziemer, a Vietnam War Veteran and U.S. Global malaria coordinator, will speak at a Memorial Day service at 9 a.m. Sunday at Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, 1151 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Salisbury Township.
