Free Car Washes for Vets Nov. 11

Car wash companies around the country will offer free washes to honor military service people.

By Nicole Foulke

In honor of Veteran’s Day on Nov. 11, more than 2,200 car wash establishments in the U.S. will offer a free car wash to veterans and, in some locations, current military service people, as part of the Grace for Vets program, according to a media release from Waterworks Car Wash.

“This day is not about the car wash operators who are providing the FREE washes, it’s about honoring and recognizing those that have and are serving and protecting our country,” said Chuck Riegg, the President of Waterworks Car Wash, in the release. “It’s an exciting and emotional day for everyone. Our management team and employees look forward to giving back to those that have given so much.”
