School PTO Plans Marcks Fundraiser

Kenneth Marcks, 35, of Salisbury, was one of three men killed in a car crash last month.

The Harry S. Truman School's PTO is planning a fundraiser for the family of Kenneth Marcks, one of three Salisbury Township men killed in a car crash in June.

The fundraiser will be held at Sunday, Aug. 4 at AMF Parkway Bowling, located at 1630 S. 12th Street in Allentown. 

The fundraiser will offer two hours of bowling with shoe rental. Admission to the bowling fundraiser is free; however donations for the family will be accepted.

Marcks was one of three men killed, along with Chad Fluck and Thomas Fallstitch, Jr. last month in the accident, when their car struck a tree on the 700 block of E. Susquehanna Street in Allentown near the Salisbury border.

The three men lived at at 1743 E. Susquehanna St. in Salisbury Township.

Daisy Hill Market, a local convenience store and gas station, also held a recent fundraiser for the family.
