old pantry restauant

Does anybody have a clue what's going on with the old pantry restaurant on E Susquehanna St ?  they have a big dumpster and a large storage trailer .I hope they don't try and put a turkey hill or a wawa. I live real close and the noise would really suck.Just curious because multiple time Hamilton elect tried putting different buss in his large lot.
