Yum! Food & Wine Festival at Sands Bethlehem This Weekend

Taste the best that more than 20 Lehigh Valley restaurants have to offer at a food and wine festival at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center.

 

The fourth annual Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival will be held this weekend at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center.

More than 20 Lehigh Valley area restaurants will participate in the festival, including Burgers And More by Emeril, Carnegie Deli, Emeril’s Chop House, Emeril’s Italian Table and St. James Gate Irish Pub and Carvery from Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem.

Local participating restaurants include Blue Grillhouse, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, Edge, Fiesta Ole, Hampton winds, Henry’s Salt of the Sea, Kome, Leaf, Lee Gribben's on Main, Maxim’s 22, Melt, Mesa Modern Mexican, Molinari's, Pearly Baker's, Rita’s Italian Ice, Rodale Catering, Sagra Bistro, Savory Grille, Sette Luna, Steelworks Buffet and Grill, Tapas on Main, Valenca, Villa Enterprises, White Coffee, Yianni’s Taverna and more.

Live entertainment will be provided on both days by the Bill Bauer Band.

In addition to participating restaurants, the Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival will offer several unique tasting and demonstration events, for an additional cost.

The Spirits Tasting Room and Champagne Tasting Room will allow patrons to sample a wide variety of spirits and champagne, and the opportunity to bring home their favorite new bottle.

Cooking demonstrations with Chefs Emeril Lagasse, Chris Wilson, Culinary Director for Emeril’s New Orleans Restaurants and Brett Wertz, Executive Chef for Nemacolin Woodlands Resort are available.

The Food & Wine Festival runs from Friday, May 31 to Sunday, June 2.

General admission tickets are $75 a person for one day of the event and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com or at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center Box Office.
