Swain's Holiday House Tour

Popular Holiday House Tour plans set
Friday, Dec. 6 and Saturday, Dec. 7

Swain's 44th annual Holiday House Tour - and all its many components - is a festive way to kick off the season! For this year, we've changed up the format to expand your options. Note the new dates and times.

The House Tour gives participants an opportunity to get inside five distinctive local homes. Your options:

  • "Drive Yourself" Tour (Friday, Dec. 6 OR Saturday, Dec. 7) - go at your own pace. On Friday, you can choose to include our fabulous Holiday Luncheon (served at The Swain School, catered by Karen Hunter) or - either day - do just the tour. Special: purchase three tour-only tickets and get a fourth free!

        House Tour: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. each day
        Luncheon: 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. FRIDAY ONLY

  • Snowflake Express (Friday evening, Dec. 6) - leave the driving to us! Package includes a light catered supper by Karen Hunter. Choose the luxury VIP coach option or the bus transportation option.

Snowflake Express (bus) - depart at 5:45 p.m.
VIP (luxury coach) - depart at 6:00 p.m.
  • Holiday Luncheon (Friday, Dec. 6) - you can choose to do the luncheon only. Served between 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. by the Class of 2014, in formalwear donated by C.E. Roth.

No matter what package you choose, you must plan a stop at our fabulous Holiday Shops at Swain. Over 45 unique vendors - with items for all ages and budgets - will welcome you to Swain's McCann Center for a fun shopping experience. Open Friday, Dec. 6 (8 a.m.-6:30 p.m.) and Saturday, Dec. 7 (9 a.m.-3 p.m.).
