Donate, Shop at Habitat for Humanity Thrift Store

Habitat for Humanity's ReStore in Whitehall offers deals on furniture and appliances and is also a great place to donate items from your house.

If you like bargains and thirft store shopping—or if you're trying to furnish your residence on a tight budget, check out the Habitat for Humanity ReStore at 1053 Grape Street (behind Honey Baked Ham) in Whitehall.

The ReStore accepts donations of new or gently used household goods and building materials and sells them to the public.

ReStore provides an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep good, reusable materials out of landfills, according to the Lehigh Valley Habitat for Humanity website.

The Whitehall ReStore is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
