3 Salisbury Township Men Dead After Car Slams Into Tree

Three Salisbury Township men were killed late Sunday when a car hit a tree on E. Susquehanna Street.

Three Salisbury Township men were killed Sunday night when a car struck a tree in the 700 block of E. Susquehanna Street in Allentown near the Salisbury border.

The Lehigh County coroner has identified the victims as:

  • Chad A. Fluck, 23, driver
  • Thomas Fallstich Jr., 46, passenger
  • Kenneth Marcks, 35, passenger

The three men lived at 1743 E. Susquehanna St. in Salisbury Township, according to a press release issued early Monday by Coroner Scott M. Grim.

The accident happened at 10:42 p.m. Sunday. A second vehicle was involved, according to Morning Call and WFMZ reports, which said the driver was taken to St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill.

Deputy Coroner Richard Kroon pronounced the victims dead shortly after 11:20 p.m.

Grim ruled the manner of death an accident for the three men and said autopsies will be conducted Tuesday to determine the cause of death.

The coroner's office and Allentown police are investigating the accident.
