New Block Watch Group Welcomes Salisbury Township's East Side

A newly formed block watch group in South Allentown is welcoming and including residents of the east side of Salisbury Township.

The first meeting of the newly formed block watch group in South Allentown will take place at 7 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Cumberland Gardens Apartments Community Center, 501 E. Cumberland St., Allentown.

Member of the Salisbury Township and City of Allentown police departments will have representatives on hand to discuss block watch matters.

The newly formed group said the meeting is the first step in improving communications with all parties, and all Salisbury Township residents are welcome.
