Puppy Dragged by Pickup Back With Owner
Emmaus Police say puppy was dragged by accident and no charges will be filed.
The Emmaus Police Department released the following statement by email regarding the reported earlier today.
“Follow-up is complete. After contacting the Lehigh County DA's Office and the State Department of Agriculture (State Dog Warden) there will be no charges filed, due to the accidental nature of the incident. The dog has been released back to the owner, whose identity is not being released at this time.”
