Residents in Western Salisbury Report Thefts from Vehicles

The following information was provided by the Salisbury Township Police Department.

Several residents in an area of western Salisbury Township reported on Dec. 11 their vehicles were broken into overnight and items were stolen, according to Salisbury Township Police.

  • A resident in the 2600 block of Colorado Street reported the front passenger side window of a vehicle was shattered and a purse and $100 were missing, police said. The purse was later found on Miller Street but the money was missing, police said. Vehicle damage estimated at $400.
  • A resident in the 1000 block of Buckingham Drive reported a side window to a vehicle was smashed and a purse containing $5 was taken, police said. The purse was later found down the street but the money was missing, police said. Vehicle damage estimated at $500.
  • A resident in the 2900 block of Fairfield Drive reported $5 in change and two pairs of leggings valued at $20 were taken from an unlocked vehicle, police said
