Salisbury Cops Seek Help in Hit and Run Accident

A bicyclist was struck and injured Wednesday by a motorist driving a black Chevrolet Cobalt that fled the accident at Seidersville Road and Gottwald Drive in Salisbury, police said.

The bicyclist told police he was traveling east on Seidersville Road when his bike was struck from behind by a black Chevrolet Cobalt. The bicyclist, whose name was not released, injured his right leg and suffered cuts and abrasions when he fell off the bike from the impact, police said. The motorist, who did not stop, sped east on Seidersville Road, police said.
