Police confirmed that a white man wearing a black T-shirt and purple sweatpants – with a ski mask over his face – in Emmaus this morning with a silver handgun.
At a press conference this afternoon, said the suspect remains at large, but the hunt for him will continue.
Faust would not say how much money was taken or how many employees were in the bank at the time of the robbery.

Lt. Edgardo A. Colon, station commander of the Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville Station said while the bank robber is not believed to be a threat, people should “use common sense and proceed with caution.”
“He is not an overt threat,” Colon said. “He has not made any threats. But, you can assume that anyone who uses a gun to rob a bank is dangerous.”

Colon said that the manhunt will continue “for as long as it takes. We have set up a perimeter. We have a targeted area.”
That search area includes a cornfield along Lower Macungie and Riverbend Roads that Faust said is about mile from the bank, as well as the apartment complex behind the and across from .
After that search has been completed, he said, the police will move on to “other investigative methods.”
Faust said that anyone with information about the robbery should call Emmaus police at 610-967-3113.
Colon added that if you feel you are in a potentially dangerous situation, you should dial 911.
