Arrested: Angela Centolanza, 23, 1806 Box Elder Road, Salisbury Township; charged with retail theft Nov. 13; eight pairs of earrings and a necklace taken from The Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St.; $280 estimated value, police said.
