The Lehigh County Auto Theft Task Force will etch vehicle identification numbers (VIN) to vehicle owners for free at Kmart during National Safety Weekend. There will be other safety-related events held at KMart from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Oct. 8 and 9.
