Incumbent Joanne C. Ackerman won the GOP nomination in the fifth ward for a seat on the Salisbury board of commissioners with 68 percent of the vote, according to unofficial results reported by WFMZ.
won 175 votes to her opponent Matthew Sickonic's 84 votes.
