Will Teen Win Seat on Salisbury School Board?

Candidates for Salisbury School Board in Tuesday's primary include a teenage high school student.

Tuesday's primary features a Salisbury Township candidate who may be the youngest person on the ballot across Lehigh County in this election.

Chad Gleissl, a junior at Salisbury High School, is one of five candidates running for four school board seats, each with a four-year-term.

The school board oversees a $31 million budget and a district that enrolls 1,600 students.
