Power Puff Football Fever Hits Salisbury High School

The annual powder puff football games, in advance of Homecoming, will take place Thursday at Salisbury High School. More than 100 students will participate in the event.

In advance of Salisbury High School's Homecoming game this weekend, the school's Student Government Advisory Board  will sponsor the annual Powder Puff Game on Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  at Salisbury Township School District Stadium.

The first contest of the evening will involve the Class of 2015 (juniors) versus  the Class of 2017 (freshmen).  The second contest will involve the Class of 2014 (seniors) vs. the Class of 2016 (sophomores).

The winners of both contests will face-off in the championship game after the second contest.

Admission for the game is $3 in advance and $5 at the gate. In total, more than 100 students (players and coaches) are involved in this event.
