A former chicken and pig farm once owned by the Franko family, this nearly 100-acre clearing in a wooded area at the top of South Mountain became a township recreational park in 1993. It offers a mile walking trail, a fishing pond for children, a gazebo, a soccer and ballfield, a volleyball court and two pavilions with grills. Salisbury Township residents can rent space in the public garden.
