Those tickets were sold in Arizona and Missouri. The winning Nov. 28 numbers were 5-16-22-23-29 with a Powerball of 6. In Pennsylvania, there were a total of 536,497 players who won a prize by matching some combination of numbers, according to the Powerball website's winners by state page.
