Shortly after the driver of a minivan crashed through Bird Mania Tuesday morning, two vehicles collided across the street on W. Emmaus Avenue.
Shortly after the driver of a minivan crashed through the front of Bird Mania Tuesday morning, two vehicles collided across the street in the 3200 block of W. Emmaus Avenue, injuring one of the drivers. Cindy Kehm of Emmaus was injured when the Ford SUV she was driving was struck from behind by a Jeep, according to her son Rob Kehm. She was taken by ambulance to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, according to police. Salisbury Township Police officer Mike Palansky said Kehm was at a stop on W. Emmaus Avenue and about to turn left onto Second Avenue, when the driver of the Jeep, who tried to stop, struck her from behind.
