The Presidential Inauguration takes place Monday, Jan. 21, in Washington, D.C. The week of festivities will include the Presidential Swearing-in Ceremony, Inaugural Address, Inaugural Parade and numerous inaugural balls and galas honoring President Barack Obama for his second term.
