John Cudworth
John Cudworth’s interest in photography began in high school in the Hartford, Connecticut area when he started taking photographs of astronomical subjects through a telescope. An avid reader of Sky and Telescope Magazine in the 1970s, Cudworth wanted to share images of the moon and planets that he had seen through his 6-inch Dynascope (Newtonian reflector) telescope. Over time his interest in photography has expanded to include a broad range of subject matter as represented in this exhibit. Cudworth has won photography awards from the West Hartford Art League and the Simsbury, Connecticut Camera Club and has exhibited his work in public libraries in Connecticut and New Jersey.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Cudworth has worked as a programmer, software installation designer, and software scripting designer and tester. He and his wife, Gail, were residents of Mahwah, New Jersey. The photographer currently has an online exhibit at:  http://www.flickr.com/photos/johninmahwah and maintains a short blog at: http://photolandscapeviewjohnc.blogspot.com/
