Presently an archaeologist excavating first century villages and burial mounds in Russia; 30 years teaching at Southern Lehigh and Muhlenberg College; several years in the Far East as a Chinese-Russian interpreter; NASA Teacher Astronaut candidate for the ill-fated Challeneger space shuttle; spend every March in Alaska at the Iditarod and mushing dog teams at 50 below down the Yukon.
