Jasmine R. Dawson, 33, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a Grade 3 felony.

An Allen Township woman is in Lehigh County Prison after she was found by Salisbury Police passed out drunk in a car Monday with her 3-year-old son in tow, according to online court records.

Online court records said Jasmine R. Dawson, 33, was charged with endangering the welfare of children, which is a grade-three felony, and misdemeanor DUI.

A report in The Morning Call said Dawson was found by two men in the 1600 block of Riverside Drive passed out in the front seat with the car running and her son standing in the front seat. Police were then called.

Online court records say Dawson was arraigned by District Judge Karen Devine of Allentown and remanded to Lehigh County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 19, according to online court records.
